Cleaning of Panel Houses Martin is a regular service we provide for apartment houses in Martin, Priekopa, Vrútky and surroundings. Our goal is cleanliness where you live and satisfaction of the residents. If the common areas in the apartment building have been neglected for a long time, we offer the possibility of deep cleaning. Cleaning of the common areas takes place as standard once a week.
The range of cleaning tasks, the frequency of cleaning and the final price can only be determined after a free inspection of the premises.
Weekly:
- maintaining cleanliness in the close area of the entrance (mat, staircase, adjacent walkway)
- sweeping and mopping the floors on the ground floor, first floor and intermediate floors
- sweeping and washing of staircases
- cleaning of entrance doors, glass panes and mirrors
- disinfection of door handles and handrails
- removal of flyers
Monthly:
- dusting hydrants, mailboxes and horizontal surfaces
- removal of cobwebs
- washing of elevator doors and walls
Half-yearly:
- window cleaning in common areas
- washing basement windows from the outside
- basement vacuuming
- cleaning of lighting
- staircase railing cleaning

All the above prices are indicative. Prices include cleaning products and equipment, labour costs and transport. Transportation within Martin and a 10km radius is free of charge. During holidays and weekends we work with an extra charge of 20% of the order price. The pricing is valid from 01.01.2025. We are not VAT payers.
