Chalet Cleaning Martin
Chalet Cleaning Martin is a regular cleaning service that relieves the operators of rental apartments, Airbnb apartments, hostels or other short-term rentals from the need for regular cleaning after the check-out of guests. We try to provide these cleaning services just after the departure of the guests so that the accommodation is available again for new guests in the shortest possible time.
The range of cleaning tasks and additional services together with the final price can only be determined after a free inspection of the premises.
Standard services:
- change of bed linen and towels
- garbage collection, emptying ashtrays and dustbins
- removal of dust and cobwebs in busy areas
- vacuuming, washing and disinfection of floors
- washing and disinfection of bathrooms and toilets
- washing dishes
- cleaning of kitchen cabinets, appliances, tables and chairs
- cleaning and disinfection of doors, door frames, handles and switches
- cleaning of the front door, mats and sweeping of the adjacent pavement
- replenishment of hygiene and other supplies
- checking the functionality of appliances and the condition of housing equipment
Additional services:
- washing and drying of bed linen, towels and tea towels
- window cleaning
- cleaning of sauna, whirlpool or swimming pool
- deep cleaning of kitchen appliances
- upholstery cleaning
- dusting on less frequented areas
- grass cutting
- winter maintenance

All the above prices are indicative. Prices include cleaning products and equipment, labour costs and transport. Transportation within Martin and a 10km radius is free of charge. During holidays and weekends we work with an extra charge of 20% of the order price. The pricing is valid from 01.01.2025. We are not VAT payers.
