Post-Construction Cleaning Martin is a traditional part of any construction project. MartiClean cleaning service will take care of cleaning your premises after painting, renovation, restoration or completion of construction work or before final building approval. With this type of cleaning, the biggest enemies are leftover construction chemicals and small, ubiquitous dust. In our company we take care of their thorough removal by deploying professional equipment, cleaning products and proven procedures.
The final price can only be determined after inspection of the premises. In the case of excessive waste or dirt, a surcharge of up to 50% of the price quoted for the specific space may apply.
Post-Construction Cleaning includes:
- removal of construction waste, tapes and stickers
- removal of construction dust, plaster and paint residues from all surfaces
- vacuuming, washing and disinfection of floors
- cleaning of lamps
- washing of windows, mirrors and glass panes
- thorough cleaning of the kitchen and sanitary facilities

All the above prices are indicative. Prices include cleaning products and equipment, labour costs and transport. Transportation within Martin and a 10km radius is free of charge. During holidays and weekends we work with an extra charge of 20% of the order price. The pricing is valid from 01.01.2025. We are not VAT payers.
