Deep Cleaning Martin
Deep Cleaning Martin is a one-time type of service where we will rid your house, apartment or other inhabited space of all possible dirt, sediment, mold, bacteria, limescale, dust, cobwebs and garbage. Instances when it is suitable to use this service are; general cleaning, spring cleaning, pre-Christmas or Easter cleaning, move in/out cleaning, tenants moving out of a flat and also extremely dirty homes.
The final price can only be determined after inspection of the premises. In the case of excessive waste or dirt, a surcharge of up to 50% of the price quoted for the specific premises may apply.
Cleaning includes:
- removal of waste, dust, dirt and cobwebs
- deep cleaning and disinfection of bathrooms and toilets
- deep cleaning of the kitchen and appliances
- cleaning of tables and chairs
- vacuuming, washing and disinfection of floors and staircases
- washing and disinfection of doors, door frames, handles and switches
- washing of windows, blinds and glazing
- cleaning of terrace, balcony or loggia

All the above prices are indicative. Prices include cleaning products and equipment, labour costs and transport. Transportation within Martin and a 10km radius is free of charge. During holidays and weekends we work with an extra charge of 20% of the order price. The pricing is valid from 01.01.2025. We are not VAT payers.
